이 그룹에서 출판된 논문 수만 해도, 1100편 정도. 연구분야는 Nanofabrication for Electronics, Cell Biology in Microfluidics, Self-Assembly, Organic Surface Science 등등.
h-index는 2009년 3월 현재 148. 화학 분야에서도 Top 그룹이지만, Nano 분야에서는 단연 지존.
이 분은 현재 나이가 많으셔서 은퇴하실 것 같기도 한데, 개인적으로는 노벨상 받기 전까지는 안하실 듯 싶다.

연구분야는 Nanowires for Electron Devices, Devices for Biological/Chemical Sensors, Physical Property for Nanostructures 등등. 이런 분야들에서는 지존급이라고 할 수 있다.
Nature 20편, Science 33편, Nature 자매지 (Biotechnology, Materials, Nanotechology, Photonics, Protocol) 11편. h-index는 2009년 3월 현재 91. 논문 한편당 인용횟수가 가장 많은 교수 (논문 한편 당 평균 인용회수 118번). Jason이 Post Doc.할 때의 지도 교수.

Smalley의 제자이자, C60을 발견함. 그 논문 한편이 현재 인용횟수가 6300번이 넘음.

기본적으로는 organometallics를 하는 사람이지만, Dip-Pen Lithography와 Biomoleucule Directied Assembly using Nanoparticle for Bio-Bar Codes로 유명하다. Nanopatterning, Nanoparticles Synthesis, Nanoparticle-Biomolecule Assembly for Biosensor 등등. h-index는 2009년 3월 현재 68. 이 그룹엔 유난히 한국 포닥들이 많다.
